Kara launched her real estate career 12 years ago with a leading franchise agency in Ascot, where she quickly sharpened her negotiation skills and built a strong understanding of the premium and prestige market. After relocating to the beautiful Noosa Hinterland, Kara pressed pause on property to raise her four incredible kids, catch a few waves, and give back as Surf Education Supervisor at Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club.Now re-energised and fully immersed in coastal life, she’s thrilled to return to the industry she loves, blending deep community connection with real estate expertise to build relationships that often turn into lifelong friendships.

An Honours graduate of Melbourne’s internationally recognised RMIT University, Madeline completed her design degree with a focus on the role of social media in visual communication. Madeline is also the founder of Revived Interiors, a design-focused venture that reflects her natural flair for aesthetics, styling and sales. She leads our Décor Department, offering clients complimentary consultations and access to a range of decorative furnishings to ensure their homes are presented at their absolute best for market.
